Heating Instructions (Chicken Fingers & Ch:
DO NOT THAW. COOK FROM FROZEN
1. FRYING:
Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep fry them for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
2. MICROWAVE:
Microwave in covered dish on HIGH for 3-5 minutes.
3. CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
Pre-heat oven to 350˚F/180˚C. Keep them on cookie sheet and heat for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

Storage Instructions
KEEP FROZEN AT OR BELOW -18˚C. Upon defrost use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines and cook thoroughly.

1. NON-STICK PAN:
Saute in nonstick pan with 1 teaspoon of edible vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
2. MICROWAVE:
Microwave for 40 Seconds.
3. WATER PAN:
Simmer in hot water for 5 minutes.
