Chicken fingers, also known as chicken tenders are a popular snack or meal option, especially for children. They are made by coating strips of boneless chicken breast in breadcrumbs or flour. Then the coated chicken is fried and baked until crispy and golden brown. They are often served with dipping sauces, such as barbecue sauce, honey mustard, or ranch dressing. Chicken fingers can be served as a main dish, appetizer, or as part of a larger meal.
Heating Instructions:
DO NOT THAW. COOK FROM FROZEN
1. FRYING:
Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Deep fry them for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
2. MICROWAVE:
Microwave in covered dish on HIGH for 3-5 minutes.
3. CONVENTIONAL OVEN:
Pre-heat oven to 350˚F/180˚C. Keep them on cookie sheet and heat for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

Storage Instructions
KEEP FROZEN AT OR BELOW -18˚C. Upon defrost use on the same day and do not refreeze. Follow the preparation guidelines and cook thoroughly.
